Brambling Finch Creations has recently begun to market patterns for some of the projects that I have designed. Most are extremely easy and can be accomplished by even beginning quilters.
Original patterns for quilts that have been done on a commission basis , however, will not be made available for sale unless the client for which it was created has agreed in advance. All other patterns may be purchased by individuals and/or groups/guilds on a retail basis. Wholesale prices will be extended to bonafide quilt shops that can produce a Resale License #. Packaging can be customized with your shop's name for a small, additional charge.
There is no minimum order size, although a price adjustment will be extended on larger, pre-paid orders of more than 24 patterns..
Brambling Finch Creations currently accepts PayPal and personal or business checks only. Orders are shipped when payment has cleared. Wholesale terms are Net 15. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order. A Resale Tax Certification number is required for wholesale pricing.
Brambling Finch Creations reserves the rights to all patterns. No pattern, or any part thereof, may be duplicated or reproduced by any means, or used for any commerical purpose without prior written permission from bramblingfinch@katenicholsquilts.com. Brambling Finch Creations does permit bonafide quilt shops and guilds to use patterns for classroom instruction provided that advance notice is recieved in writing & one pattern is purchased and supplied to EACH student regardless of whether any instructional fee is collected by the shop/quild/group. Patterns may be kitted with prior written permission provided EACH kit sold contains an individual pattern.
